JH Appliance is a family‑owned and operated appliance business with locations serving customers in Hickory, Conover, Newton, Clearemont, Statesville, Morganton, Connelly Springs, Vale, Mountain View, and Taylorsville, NC. We enjoy creating quality moments with our customers, ensuring they receive both the exceptional service and ideal appliance they seek at the low prices they deserve.

Mr. Jeffery Houston, our owner, has been in the appliance business for 15 years. When he's not helping create perfect moments for the customers of our community, he enjoys spending time outdoors as well as spending time with his wife Dreama and two daughters Mackenzie and Marissa.

Our location in Hickory is managed by Mackenzie Houston-Ross. Mackenzie is married to Matthew and enjoys hiking and spending time on their family farm with her husband. Mackenzie also finds enjoyment in working out at burn boot camp in Hickory and reading.

Over in Taylorsville, our store is managed by Kellie, who has been employed at JH Appliance for 5 years. Kellie has two sons, Scotty and Kristopher, and enjoys watching horse races, taking care of and playing with her granddogs Belle and Madi, and visiting her grandbabies Flame & Gemma.

We pride ourselves in going above and beyond for our customers, making the time to get to know each individual and exceeding their expectations not just with prices but with our friendliness and hometown personalities. We hope to see you soon!
